CLOSURE OF 15 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS IN 2024: EXTENSION OF VALIDITY FOR SUBSCRIPTION CARDS FOR 10 OR 20 TRANSITS
TOTAL CLOSURE OF 15 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS IN 2024 - The expiry date of all subscription cards (for 10 or 20 transits), that were still valid on the date of the total closure of the tunnel (September 2, 2024), will be extended by 4 months (i.e. if the expiration date is on September 30, 2024, it will be extended up to January 31, 2025; if the expiration date is on April 30, 2026, it will be extended up to August 31, 2026, and so on...).
You do not need to complete any extension request, since the expiry date will be automatically extended.
Please note that, if the entire subscription card has not been used as the expiry date approaches, it can be recharged as usual with 10 or 20 transits to keep the remaining transits. Both remaining transits and new ones can therefore be made within 24 months from the day the subscription card was charged
